[April 3, 2022] EPC Sunday Sermon Reflection Questions

"Prayer for All People"
1 Timothy 2:1-7

  1. Timothy reminds the church that our prayer, and scope of intercession, is to include all of creation regardless of our personal views and preferences.  How does your personal prayer life line up in obedience to trusting and praying as God sees and loves all creation?
  2. Why is it difficult for you to pray for people (and other things or organizations) that you don't like or agree with?
  3. If the purpose of prayer is to trust God and to know Him and be known by Him in a maturing way as He moves us to His perfect will, who or what can you intentionally pray for that you struggle interceding and loving personally so that God would be revealed and work in and through them?
